Returns & Exchange Policy

At VeMart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return, refund, and exchange policy. Please read the following guidelines:

  1. Returns and Exchanges:

    • You can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

    • The item(s) must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

    • Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
       

  2. Refund Process:

    • For eligible returns, we provide a refund in your bank account.

    • The refund will be issued once the returned item(s) are received and inspected.

    • For Cash on Delivery items a coupon code will be provided.

    • The coupon code can be used for future purchases on VeMart.
       

  3. Exchange Process:

    • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or variant, please contact our customer support team.

    • We will guide you through the exchange process and provide instructions for returning the original item.

    • Once the original item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and dispatch the replacement item.
       

  4. Return Shipping:

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received is defective or damaged.

    • We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item(s).
       

  5. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

      • Intimate or sanitary goods

      • Perishable items

      • Personalized or customized items (unless defective or damaged)
         

  6. Cancellation Policy:

    • If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

    • Cancellations are only possible if the order has not been shipped from our warehouse.
       

  7. Returns and Exchange Period:

    • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

    • Every Product is eligible for exchange except certain goods which are mentioned above.

    • Every Product has its own Return Policy, if Return is mentioned on the product page, only then it is eligible for a Return. Kindly refer to the Product Page.

Refunds take 5-7 days to get deposited in your bank account.
